Is the abstract well formulated? Does it have a coherent structure in terms of proposal, objectives and expected results?

Applicability to business activities (30%)
Is the abstract oriented towards a real application for procedure improvement?

Each company will have certain spaces available. These will be informed through a written communication sent to managers and directors of companies.

Registration for the Knowledge Sessions is free of charge.

All collaborators of ISA, its affiliates and subsidiaries.

Proceedings will be available at the group's Extranet SharePoint page.

Each lecturer will have 50 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for questions.

Complementary materials can be uploaded to the system by creating a .ZIP or .RAR file with all required annexes.

Our Knowledge Sessions are the most widely recognized event at ISA and its companies, as it mobilizes knowledge and innovation management. Over the years, the event's scope has been expanded and now it intends to connect all the group's business units in a collaborative space to share internal and external practices.

Evaluation of content and paper orientation (40%).

The following criteria will be assessed:
Compliance of standards for paper presentation, clear writing (7%) Did the author keep in mind the documents supplied for paper preparation? Clear writing that facilitates reading and analysis.
Coherence between the paper and its abstract (6%) Did the author focus on and develop coherently the paper, keeping in mind the topic described in the abstract?
Topic relevance (10%) Is the paper consistent to the main topic of the conference, according to the information from the call for papers?
Networks Asset Management (7%) Does the paper consider the different stages of asset life cycle?
Conclusions and recommendations (10%) Do the conclusions and recommendations presented add value because they have an emphasis on the benefits, positive or negative results and the lessons learned?


Real and practical application of the work (60%).

The following criteria will be assessed:
Status of implementation (20%) To what degree is the work implemented?
Results and impacts (30%) To what degree does the work generate an impact on the organization in terms of costs, risks and process performance?
The document must include a measurement of such impact. Synergies between companies (10%) Levels of integration among the different companies of the group.

Focus and development (20%) To what degree did the author focus on and develop coherently the paper based on the topic proposed?
Clarity and fluency (20%) Clarity during the presentation. Did the presentation allow the audience to understand and grasp easily the content and message presented?
Stage command (15%) How well did the presenter catch audience attention?
Audiovisual support (15%) Quality of the support aids.
Answers to questions (20%) Clarity of the answers, measured by the level of satisfaction of those who asked the question.
Time management (10%) Was the time given for the presentation well used? Was the presentation fully developed?

No. All papers must be turned in before the set date and time. If you have problems with the technological platform, you can mail your paper to the logistics operator, so that the system administrator loads them before the deadline.

If after abstract reception there is not a minimum number for the sessions, the possibility of integrating such category into another one or declare it deserted will be evaluated.

Co-authors can attend the presentation of their own work.

Yes. You can decide who will present your work. One of the co-authors or a person assigned by the company can do so.

Each presentation will have 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

Each paper is submitted in a Word template. Supporting materials are only allowed as a complement during the presentation.
